Convent Hill Project

The Constructionsitestock.com team is pleased to present these recent images of the Convent Hill development project currently being developen by the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM). The phased development will consist of 182 on-site and 20 off-site mixed-income, public housing units. The new high-rise will be a sustainable, "green", leed-certifiable building with a rooftop garden. The completion date is set for Dec. 2008. Gilbane construction of Providence, RI is the general contractor. For more information see the HACM website.
