301 N. Broadway

We were out and about in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward following the progress of the 301 N. Broadway building. Formerly the A. Gagliano & Co. 3 story produce warehouse is being converted to 36,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space. Recently announced, Anthropologie, an upscale retail chain for women, will open its first Wisconsin store in the building, marking the first entry of a national apparel chain to the Historic Third Ward. The store should be opened by early next year.
