Great Circus Parade and Festival

The Great Circus Parade and Festival is back this week celebrating the splendor and pageantry of the old-time circus parades of more than a century ago. The festival runs through Saturday at Veteran's Park and the parade takes place on the streets of downtown Milwaukee this Sunday.
